This post might give you some clues as to what Moon-Swell is about.

Hello, friends!

I would like--why do I always feel the need to start these kinds of posts with some sort of declamatory introductory statement?  Why do I think I have to emcee myself?  This is dumb.  I'm not doing this.

So here's the synopsis of Book 4.  Hope you like!

I flew across the table with inhuman speed and wrapped my hands around his thick neck.  “I’m the last she-wolf on this planet.  If you’re going to see me as the great hope, then you better respect me!”

For March Howe, the only surviving she-wolf, getting kidnapped comes with the territory.  Like shifting in and out of her lupine form, she starts to take it in stride.  But there are still plenty of things she doesn’t expect: Greyson at Glenbrook High, the author of that anonymous note, and her unique path to were-spirituality.  And then of course, there are those feelings for Avery…

Nothing is like it should be—the frigids love her while her friends hate her and just when she’s getting to know Gaia, her rage is controlling her more than ever.  Meanwhile, Avery and the pack are starting to over-protect her to the point of suffocation.  But rebelling against them doesn’t make things easier.  In fact, it sparks a series of events that lead to shocking revelations and a turning point in her journey of self-discovery.  Why can’t she resist Jasper’s flirtations?  And what could Avery’s mysterious past possibly have to do with her own history?

In Book Four of the Lone March Series, March Howe has to figure out who she can trust, and who’s pretending.  In her evolving love triangle, she must decide who’s best for her.  And when strange things reveal themselves, it’s time for her to finally come to terms with the fact that she’s different.  Will these secrets earn her the trust and respect she deserves from her pack or will the last of the were-wolves go beyond protection…and lock her up once and for all?

Welp.  There ya go.  See now here I am doing it again.  I don't have to close these posts with a formal statement either.

So The End.

PS. Gonna have to show you guys the cover soon because I can't keep it secret much longer!

Sneak-Peek Time!

Here's a little snippet from Moon-Swell.  Enjoy!

“Are you in some kinda trouble, Bruiser?”
I looked into his mesmerizing golden-mahogany eyes and wondered if I should say anything more but I didn’t want to get myself caught in a web of lies too big to handle.
“No,” I said.  “I just like the idea of you looking out for me.”
His wily grin spread slowly across his face and he took my hand again, pulling me into the alcove of the lecture room door and propping his free hand on the wall over my head.
Staring into his chest was too familiar a position for me, and I wanted to slip out of the Jasper-shaped enclosure, but the warmth I felt filling my own chest had me fixed in place.  I breathed in the deep, oaky smell of coffee that mixed unusually well with the sharp, citrusy cologne and found my eyes trailing up to his.  “Jasper,” I whispered slowly, forcing the statement out, “I need to go.”
Too quickly he unlaced his fingers from mine, dropping his hand to his side so I was now open to the hall, and free to slip away.  “Then go,” he said, like he was challenging me.
I shut my eyes and ran my fingers through my hair.  “This is crazy,” I said.  “I can’t get involved with you.”
He pushed himself off the wall and stood up tall in front of me.  “Then don’t.”  Again, he sounded like he was challenging me.
I simply said, “Okay,” but still, I was glued to my spot.
“You’re not moving,” he said.
When I didn’t respond to that, he lifted his right hand to brush his fingertips against my hip, sending a shiver all up and down my body as he did.  He pressed his thumb into my skin, then did the same with his fingers so that he was grasping my hip firmly in his hand.  My heartbeat sped up; my skin tingled.  I was definitely frozen in place now.
He leaned down to my ear and whispered, “If you don’t leave, I’m gonna take it as a sign that you don’t want to.”  He moved even closer so his lips touched my ear, and said, “And I can’t stand here much longer without kissing you.”  He moved his head back to look at me and said, “So, make your choice.”
I couldn’t unlock my eyes from his.  I couldn’t speak.  It was comical to think I even had a choice at this point.
He waited another moment, then went straight for my lips.

What do you think?  I hope you're thinking, "Wow--I really like that snippet and can't wait to read more when Moon-Swell comes out!"

But who knows what you're really thinking?

Only you do so tell me!
