Moon-Tide is Here!

I can't believe this day has already come!  Didn't I just put out Book Four?  I'm sure it's felt longer for you guys, but for me, it has really crept up fast!  Anyway, the print version is not ready yet, still having problems with how the proofs are coming out, so it may be another week or more before physical copies are available--sorry!  Ideally, everything would come out at the same time, but oh well.  So, here are the links for the e-book versions...

Hope you like it!  I want to hear from you guys what you think of Moon-Tide, because it definitely turns a tide in the Lone March series, for lack of better phrasing.  Leave a comment below if you so wish.

Happy Reading!!

  5. Thanks, everyone! I'm glad you guys are as excited about Book 5 as I am:)
Also, to the person who got your book for Barnes & Noble Nook, please let me know...do you have blank pages at the beginning of the document or are there blank ones that come after the book has started?

  7. Actually the blank pages were throughout the whole book.....so i ended up having to highlight the page and go back to the publisher defaults to read it. I usually change font and backround on my nook when im reading, so Im asuming barnes and noble released the book the way so you can only read it in publisher s format......However i figured it out and I finished it today and it was amazing. I loved it along with all the other books in the series....very sad ending, and Im hoping maybe that its not set in stone and Avery makes a full recovery! Lol hes one of my favorites and poor March!!!

  8. How strange. Barnes and Noble gave me no indication of this issue during my proofing stage. I think you're right about the Publisher's format thing though--I think they lock it or something like that to maintain the file's integrity. Hm...Anyway, I'm glad you were able to read it and so glad you liked it!

  9. I love the other books so much, but this one fell flat. It was disappointing. There was no suspense at all and it all felt very predictable and unorganized. Sorry, Hopefully the next one will be better.

    1. Well, que sera sera, Anonymous. I respect your opinion, however impolite I may find your method of expressing it, ie. in a comment, on a post written, like all the others, by none other than myself, all housed in a blog I created to share thoughts, feelings, and exciting news with family, friends, and the likes thereof. Let me assure you, I would never defend my work against a negative criticism given in a public forum (Amazon, Goodreads, etc.) as everyone has a right to their opinion and sharing that opinion with the public, and because I think it is a childish practice for anyone to engage in such behavior. But I feel I have every right to do so on my personal blog, when such criticism is initiated by someone else and brought into this friendly and, again, personal environment. As an artist of many trades, I understand well the fact that one cannot, as they say, fight city hall. I cannot please everyone, nor would I ever set out to try to achieve such an impossibility. I can only please myself and hope others will come along with me. I tell my stories how I want to tell them and, despite your believing the opposite, I am, to a fault, a meticulously organized person, in life and work, and I do, in fact, put a lot of thought into my stories. I'm sorry my book disappointed you and that you found it so predictable. Hopefully, you will enjoy the next one more, if you so choose to read it, but I feel it necessary to give you fair warning. It has been constructed and organized to my liking, not according to anyone else. I can only hope that other people happen to share my 'liking' and come along with me on my written journeys, but even if they don't, I will continue to write stories anyway because I always have and I always will. Writing is my first love. I'm sure if you loved writing as I do, you would understand this feeling.

  10. I enjoyed the book - however, for me, all of the different POV's made it a little difficult to keep up. I understand the reasoning behind them, though. I'm looking forward to the next book and learning what's in store for March, Jasper and Greyson. I'm very sad about Avery though!!

    1. I'm sorry I just got this message! Vacation and then more traveling = not much internet time. Unfortunately, I don't have an estimated date for book six yet. I'm into my 6th rewrite so it's basically in shape, but for reasons I can't tell you guys without giving away things about the story and what's to come, I have to hold onto it right now. I'd like to release it at the end of this year but I can't guarantee anything. Hopefully early spring next year at the latest. But rest assured I am working hard on all the Lone March projects I've got on my plate right now and just know that I want book six to come out as soon as you all do. I will definitely be posting updates when I have them:)
